Are you ready to challenge your limits, to take excellence to the next level? Then your journey starts on level two of New World Tower 2, in a theater of power we call The Cave. Sweat and tears will glisten on your face as the music pumps louder and the lights flash like neon lightning across a sea of bikers.

You’re never alone at XYZ. The force of those around you feeds your drive. And on two special days, October 25th and 6th, through a program called Mission Ride for Food, your drive can feed the needy. Guided by talented XYZ instructors Bridge, Sandy and Rachel, your action-packed fitness experience will link you to people far from the UV glow of The Cave through the power of Foodlink Foundation.

Foodlink Foundation is a leader in the fight against hunger and poverty in Hong Kong, honing in on disenfranchisement in Hong Kong with the same vehement and indomitable spirit that XYZ brings to exercise, encouraging self-sufficiency and complete nutritional wellness through the collection of surplus and donation of food to shelters and the needy. XYZ will donate all class fees from the two sessions in support of Foodlink.

More than an exercise studio, more just a place to get fit: XYZ is Hong Kong’s first theatre of power. A place where you are the actor, the play, the audience. To the beat of music, in a covert cave in New World Tower where the brightest light radiates from deep inside you, you will push past hesitation, past reluctance, to the place where your personal energy emerges: clean, high, and lasting.

Inside this space, dimly lit, you will be greeted by a herd of 50 bikes and their riders who will be your best companions in the quest for perfection. Join this group of like-minded enthusiasts. Confront your limitations. Mount your bike. Trust your skilled and passionate instructor. Tighten your core. Now ride, ride, ride. Spin and dance your way to a new, an ultimate you.

Now you’re one of us, let us introduce you to our:

• Full Service Locker Room, a luxurious sanctuary that welcomes you and readjusts your mood.

• Showers, set to help your body release dopamine to your brain. A place to wash clean, and think creatively. Our motto? Think big, shower often!

• Gel saddle bike seats, to help your gluteal muscles get a work-over and absorb the ache. Grab one as you enter the cycle studio. We’ll bill you later.

• Special shoes, because our bikes use Look Keo pedals. (We also have triple link pedals if you prefer SDP and LOook Delta clips.) We sell shoes and clips, or rent them at $20 per class.

Remember, our changing rooms, bathrooms and showers are for your use only. All our lockers have keys for you to lock up your valuables. We do not accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Disneyland Hong Kong to Be the Gayest Place on Earth November 3, 2013

Disneyland is commonly known to be the most magical place on earth, where all your dreams come true. This weekend on November 3, Disneyland Hong Kong will also be the gayest place on earth thanks to the 3rd annual Gay Day event in Asia.

 

The Pink Alliance is sponsoring Gay Day for the third year as a part of its 2013 Pink Season. The Pink Season aims to promote Hong Kong as an LGBTQ friendly city as well as promote community spirit. This year’s theme, Pink Reveal, focuses on advocating members of the LGBTQ community to feel proud, cultivating community support, and recognizing allies for their help and support.

 

Gay Day is just one event during the two-month long festival. Taking place on November 3, Gay Day Asia allows LGBTQ people, their families, and friends to enjoy the magic and wonder of Disney in a safe and friendly atmosphere and gives the LGBTQ community the opportunity to meet other supporters and allies. Attendees are asked to wear red to show their participation and support.

 

The Pink Alliance is offering a special discount of nearly 20% savings to the first 100 people to buy advance tickets to Gay Day. Special Gay Day ticket prices are as follows: $372 for adult, $267 for children ages 3-11, and $84 for seniors. Tickets can be purchased by emailing info@gaydaysasia.com.

Gay Day Comes to Hong Kong Disneyland

The third annual Gay Day will be coming to Disneyland Hong Kong this weekend. On November 3rd, people from all around Asia will join together to celebrate and support the LGBTQ community.

Gay Day has been a popular celebration at Disneyland locations all over the globe including Paris, Anaheim, and Orlando. With two very successful previous events in Hong Kong, Gay Day is ready to bring on the Disney magic once again.

Gay Day is a great day for LGBTQ people, their friends, family, and allies to enjoy the wonder that Disneyland has to offer in a safe, welcoming, and friendly space. It’s also a great opportunity to meet other supportive people. Attendees are asked to wear red to show their support.
